Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
• ALL HOT TOOLS AND HAIR ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE
  
• Returned items must be returned with over half of the product content 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
4. Send all items back to us using the label provided

• Please allow for 10-14 days for refund processing once returns have been received. 
• Return shipping fees are $15CDN within Canada and $25CDN outside of Canada.
